Our focus in the South West of England has seen Pagabo frameworks grow in popularity with our Public and Private Sector client base. Driving real, meaningful social value and social impact is at the heart of what we do at Pagabo. Emma is MCIPS qualified with over ten years’ experience in public sector procurement. She spent the previous five as a Procurement Manager within Higher Education; specialising in everything estates and construction. Emma is on hand to support our clients throughout pre-construction and construction; to help them achieve value for money and build strong relationships throughout the supply chain.
