This compliant framework can be used to commission a full range of building works. Providing real value and competition, the framework is divided into four main lots by value band, with each lot further subdivided in to 12 sub-lots by geographic area, giving a total of 48 sub-lots.
Projects delivered through this framework will be focused on decarbonising existing domestic and non-domestic estates (education, commercial, leisure), in whatever form this may be, by reducing operational carbon emissions and improving energy performance.
