The North of England is where Pagabo’s journey began in 2014 and has grown to now be a prominent employer within the region. With offices in Hull and regional management from the North East, Pagabo’s commitment and support to our client base across the region is stronger than ever.

Since 2014, we have delivered over 500 projects totalling almost £800m across the North; and our future pipeline is strong, delivering through our tried and tested framework solutions along with new additions to the framework family for 2022 including civils and infrastructure, and demolition and site preparation.

Enabling real social value in the North

Driving real, meaningful social value and social impact is at the heart of what we do at Pagabo. Through our unique Social Value Calculator, we are able to calculate your social, economic and environmental impact and the financial value, in real monetary terms, of that impact. Pagabo adds value through our frameworks by supporting social value at the feasibility, business case development, planning, procurement, delivery and maintenance stages of your investments.

Regional Manager

Karen Carter

Karen supports our growing client base across the North of England for all stages of procurement. She brings over 10 years procurement and contract management experience to Pagabo, including the management of regional construction frameworks where she gained MCIPS qualifications. Her experience also spans public sector bid strategy development and pre-construction consultancy support to tier 1 contractors.

Karen will be your day-to-day contact at Pagabo, supporting you from redline plan all the way through to completion of your asset. Our teams’ experience ensure we have the right people in the right place to deliver the full procurement process for you, all with no framework fee until you are in contract.
