Dynamic Purchasing Systems (DPS)
A dynamic purchasing system (DPS) is a flexible alternative to a traditional procurement framework. Suppliers; including your own supply chain, can apply to join at any time, so you can be sure that you’re getting the most up-to-date, competitive quotes for your tender.
You can access any of our dynamic purchasing systems for free now.

What is a DPS?
A Dynamic Purchasing System, or DPS, is similar to a standard framework agreement but with some key differences.
A framework operates on a closed timescale. Suppliers have a specified time in which to apply to join and the framework is then closed to supplier applications.
A dynamic purchasing system is different:
- Suppliers can join a DPS at any time. The application process is quick and simple meaning you’ll get the most up-to-date, competitive quotes possible
- There’s no limit to the number of suppliers on a DPS, so you’ll always have access to the best specialists for your job
- DPS tenders are fast and flexible to fully suit the needs of your project and procurement plan
Pagabo’s DPSs enable public sector organisations to procure their requirements in an efficient and compliant manner.
