Pagabo Framework secures education contracts for ISG

Our Major Works Framework has proven to be the winning combination for another construction services provider. This time, ISG have secured two Pagabo-aided education projects in the South East valued at over £15 million.

The brace of contracts are the latest in a series of awards via our influential framework, and underline Pagabo’s aim to drive efficiencies and best value across public sector procurement.

The exciting news for ISG is also excellent news for us. In 2018, we delivered 195 projects across all frameworks worth in excess of £462 million – with £1.6bn worth of construction work secured. We are more SME friendly dealing with over 450 clients, delivering real social value across a variety of sectors and frameworks.

Our company’s wins for ISG will see a £7.2 million refurbishment of Barking and Dagenham college. It will provide first class teaching spaces, laboratories, open plan study areas, a café with associated plant rooms, storage areas and restrooms.

The second is an 83-bedroom, student residential unit at Oaklands College in Hertfordshire. The scheme also includes the construction of a new college car park and associated hard landscaping works on the western side of the campus. Both schemes will commence in March 2019.
