Date: 09/04/2020

After months of engagement days, a highly competitive evaluation period and three mobilisation sessions across the country, we are delighted that our £500m Professional Services framework is now finally live and ready for action!

This is the second generation of the contract, the first of which saw close to 700 projects and nearing £100m in consultancy fees over the four years.

Just like the one before, this framework is fully OJEU compliant and is here to help both our public and private sector clients appoint from a range of consultancy services, be that through a Direct Award or Further Competition.

The providers

The framework sees 77 providers split across 19 service specific lots in seven geographical regions, including architecture, civil, structural and highways engineering, building services, landscaping and building surveying.

Several new lots have been introduced, including heritage, town & master planning and fire engineering. The framework also sees Faithful+Gould, a member of the SNC-Lavalin Group, keep hold of their position as the Lot 1 provider offering multi-discipline services across lots 2-19.

Simon Toplass, CEO at Pagabo, had this to say in anticipation for the launch:

‘I am absolutely thrilled that our professional services framework is now live and finally ready for our clients to benefit from. It really has been months in the making, but after many internal meetings, countless engagement days and multiple mobilisation sessions up and down the country, we’re now ready to go.

‘We’ve already worked closely with many of the providers appointed to deliver some truly excellent projects, enabling over £141m in social value through professional services projects to date. I have high expectations for this framework and expect it to go above and beyond its highly successful first iteration and continue to play a crucial role in our growing suite of frameworks.’

‘We are delighted with the quality of consultant available across all 19 lots on the framework. Because of the rigorous tender process each had to go through to be appointed, we really do believe they are top of their respective discipline and will continue to give our clients the very best choice available on the market.’

The framework will run for up to four years and is available to use from April 12th, 2020.
