Pagabo Confirms Exclusive UKREiiF 2024 Platinum Partnership

04 October 2023

The organisers of the country’s biggest property and infrastructure event, UKREiiF, have announced a new partnership with Pagabo, which makes us the exclusive platinum partner of the event for its return in 2024.

The new partnership will involve us taking on a driving role in the organisation of The UK’s Real Estate Investment & Infrastructure Forum, which will take place in Leeds between 21-23 May. Along with our associated technology brands Loop, Sypro and Tequ, representatives from our team will be hosting talks and networking opportunities from the Pavilion Marquee throughout the week – and further details will be revealed in the run up to the conference.

Simon Toplass, Group Chief Executive at our parent organisation, the 55 Group, said: “We’re a long-standing supporter of all Built Environment Networking’s events, and UKREiiF is always a key date in the calendar. This partnership is the next step of the event’s journey, so we’re incredibly proud to formalise our already close relationship with the team to deliver a standout UKREiiF in 2024 through a collaborative partnership.

“With so much ongoing change throughout real estate and construction, it’s important to get together and share ideas and insights from all corners of the industry. As the first platinum partner of UKREiiF, we’re looking forward to helping to facilitate these crucial connections.

“Underpinning all of this, however, is the need to set the standard for developing sustainable and long-term relationships between key stakeholders – which is key to us at Pagabo too. Putting an emphasis on social value, ethics and diversity can drive positive change, so it’s reassuring to see that next year’s event will make these key themes.”

Fitness movement and fundraising event Feel Good Games, which is led by our charity arm The Pagabo Foundation, will also be returning for 2024 to help kick off a week of popular UKREiiF fringe events. The activity schedule will encourage visitors to break the ice and get active while raising funds for the foundation, whose donations last year accumulated more than £31,000 to support the wellbeing of people across the sector through better mental health provisions.

Social value brand Loop calculated that more than £2.25 million in social value was generated at UKREiiF 2023, by measuring a range of social, economic and environmental factors.

Simon said: “After helping reveal the impressive result last year, we’ll be measuring the social value generated again in 2024 to demonstrate the scale of impact events like this can have.”

Keith Griffiths, Chief Executive & Founder of UKREiiF, said: “Our goal is to connect people, places and businesses to accelerate and unlock sustainable, inclusive and transformational investment, so the sponsors we partner with are a very important part of that. At platinum level, a sponsor is welcomed into our advisory group and will have a high delegate presence, meaning it’s crucial that their values align with the outcomes we home to achieve.

“After working with Pagabo on previous events and getting to know the innovative team behind the brands, it was an easy decision to partner with its team, which is clearly committed towards the same cause. We look forward to developing the conference together and making a positive impact next year.”
