Project Insights: Rochford District Council has appointed Borras to deliver conservation-led works to the Baytree Church Ruins, procured through the Medium Works Framework, which we manage on behalf of The Education Alliance.

Works will involve stabilisation, repair, and enhancement of the existing structure, alongside associated public realm improvements to ensure the site remains accessible and safe for visitors. Close coordination with Historic England will be essential throughout the project to ensure all interventions meet conservation best practice and regulatory requirements.
