Project Insights: This project involves improvement works across the entire Brompton School site, a Grade II listed building—funded by the DfE, with a construction value of approximately £3 million. It is being procured through the DPS for Small Works, which we manage on behalf of the contracting authority, Red Kite Learning Trust, and was awarded to Helix following a further competition procurement process.
