Project Insights: Stoke-on-Trent City Council has appointed BSN to deliver a programme of internal refurbishment works at the Civic Centre, procured through the Refit & Refurbishment Framework which we manage on behalf of Red Kite Learning Trust. The project includes the refurbishment of office accommodation, alongside upgrades to WC facilities and kitchenettes to improve functionality for building users. In addition to the internal works, the scheme incorporates essential external roof repairs, gutter and valley cleaning, and the clearance of vegetation from a low-level flat roof area.
