Project Insights: Irwin M&E have been appointed via a direct award through the Mechanical & Electrical Framework which we manage on behalf of Cumbria, Northumberland, Tyne & Wear NHS Trust. The project consists of general day to day response maintenance across Craigowen Housing Associations’s 3 sites (Glencraig, Mourne Grange and Clanabogan), as well as statutory maintenance and any planned maintenance identified. The contract has been awarded under a 12 month initial period with options to extend.
