Project insights: Oxfordshire County Council has appointed M Group to undertake enabling works for the Didcot Science Bridge project, procured through the Civils & Infrastructure Framework, which we manage on behalf of QE Facilities.
The scheme forms part of a wider highway’s infrastructure programme aimed at improving connectivity and supporting sustainable transport across the Didcot area. The project will support delivery of a new three-span bridge crossing the A4130, the Great Western Main Line railway, and Milton Road. The link road will include carriageway, pedestrian, cycle, and bus stop infrastructure, helping to improve transport connectivity and support future growth in the region.
