Project Insights: Following a Further Competition via the Total Facilities Management Framework which we manage on behalf of contracting authority Red Kite Learning Trust, a three-year contract has been awarded to deliver Facility Management services across a number of Family Time properties in Birmingham. The comprehensive package covers building maintenance, M&E services, fire safety systems, security, cleaning, grounds maintenance, pest control, waste management, and health and safety compliance. This wide-ranging provision ensures safe, compliant, and well-maintained facilities, enabling the Trust to focus on delivering essential family support services.
