Framework: Refit & Refurbishment Framework
Project Insights: A collaborative project has been awarded to ASHE that will see a scheme of approximately 1,500sqm of existing educational facilities remodeled and refurbished to deliver a state-of-the-art Community Diagnostic Centre in Luton. The project has been awarded through the Refit & Refurbishment Framework which we manage on behalf of Red Kite Learning Trust. The new centre will provide modern imaging services, including MRI and CT scanning, helping to improve diagnostic capacity in the region. The University trust has also procured enabling works through the same framework, demonstrating the flexibility and efficiency Pagabo offers in supporting complex, multi-stakeholder healthcare projects.
