Project Insights: WH Stephens has been appointed to provide project management services, aligned with RIBA Stages 3 to 5, for the replacement of 13 kitchens across Ritchie Street and Glasgow Street. The project is being procured through the Professional Services Framework, which we manage on behalf of The Education Alliance Trust. The scheme will deliver upgraded, modernised kitchen facilities to enhance functionality and improve living standards for residents. Through careful coordination and stakeholder engagement, the works will ensure high-quality, efficient delivery while minimising disruption to occupants and maintaining compliance with design and construction best practices.
