Project Insights: West Midlands Pension Fund has appointed GFM via the Total Facilities Management Framework which we manage on behalf of Red Kite Learning Trust to deliver a five-year programme of planned and reactive maintenance works across two office floors, with an option to extend the contract for a further two years. The service provision includes routine upkeep, minor repairs, and ad-hoc tasks necessary to ensure the workspace remains safe, operational, and compliant.
