This appointment expands the scope of services to provide responsive, out-of-hours support for residents of Wandle Housing in London. The enhanced provision will ensure residents have access to assistance outside of standard operating hours, improving service continuity and customer experience. The project demonstrates the flexibility of the framework in enabling clients to build on existing partnerships and adapt services to meet evolving operational needs.
