Project insights: Horsham District Council has appointed AtkinsRéalis to develop a business case for a wider refurbishment of the Capital Theatre. Procured through the Professional Services Framework, which we manage on behalf of The Education Alliance.
Their role included providing the technical and strategic input needed to inform decision-making and progress the scheme into delivery.
Following this early-stage support, the project is now underway on site, with Willmott Dixon appointed as the main contractor. The refurbishment will enhance the theatre’s facilities, ensuring it continues to operate as a key cultural venue for the local community.
