Project insights: The University of Surrey appointed Broadway Malyan to deliver a strategic campus master planning programme, procured through the Professional Services Framework, which we manage on behalf of The Education Alliance.
The appointment will support the development of a long-term plan for repairs, maintenance and capital replacement across the University’s estate, aligned with its Vision 2041 strategy.
Covering a 15-year period, the programme will guide the future development, use and management of the campus, helping to create a modern, sustainable and future-ready environment that strengthens the University’s position as a leading global institution.
