Project insights: Grantham College has appointed RG Carter to deliver the construction of a new teaching facility, procured through the Medium Works Framework, which we manage on behalf of The Education Alliance.
The project will replace the existing link building, which is set to be demolished due to the presence of reinforced autoclaved aerated concrete (RAAC). The new facility will provide a modern, fit-for-purpose teaching space designed to support the evolving needs of students and staff.
The scheme will enhance the college’s estate by delivering a safe, high-quality learning environment, ensuring long-term sustainability and improved functionality across the campus.
