Project insights: University Hospitals Birmingham NHS Foundation Trust has appointed Art Cleaning to deliver window cleaning services across its estate, procured through the Soft Facilities Management Dynamic Purchasing System which we manage on behalf of Red Kite Learning Trust.
The contract covers 15 sites and will provide essential window cleaning services to maintain safe, clean and compliant healthcare environments for patients, staff and visitors.
Awarded for an initial three-year term, with the option to extend for a further year, the contract ensures consistent service delivery across a large and complex estate, supporting the Trust’s operational efficiency and high standards of care
