Project Insights: FP McCann have been appointed to aid emergency works which have been commissioned to restore The Gobbins, a world-renowned coastal cliff path and tourist attraction in Northern Ireland. Through a Direct Award on the Civil Engineering & Infrastructure Framework which we manage on behalf of QE Facilities, works include following a landslide that has caused significant damage and stabilisation repair to bring the site back into safe public use. Once complete, the restored clifftop walk will ensure visitor safety, protect the local environment, and secure the attraction’s role as a major contributor to regional tourism.
