Project Insights: Middlesbrough Council has appointed Walter Thompson (Contractors) to deliver the restoration and extension of a Grade II listed Old Town Hall. The project is being procured via the Medium Works Framework, which we manage on behalf of the contracting authority, The Education Alliance. Supported by the Heritage Lottery Fund, the scheme will sensitively restore this historic landmark while creating new office space for digital businesses in the area. Once complete, the project will breathe new life into the town’s heritage assets and support local economic growth by encouraging innovation and enterprise within the regenerated space.
