Framework: Medium Works Framework
Project Insights: Walsall Council has appointed CBES through a Further Competition on the Medium Works Framework, which we manage on behalf of The Education Alliance, to deliver refurbishment and upgrade works to a council-owned building leased to Bloxwich Community Partnership. The scheme includes new internal ceiling finishes, redecorations, reconfigured WC facilities, and external refurbishment such as pitched roof repairs and new timber fascias and soffits. Upgrades to M&E systems, lighting, CCTV, and access control will create a more modern, functional, and secure community asset, enhancing local service delivery.
