Project Insights: Staffordshire Police has appointed AtkinsRéalis to provide quantity surveying services for the refurbishment of the Northern Areas Custody Suite, procured through the Professional Services Framework, which we manage on behalf of The Education Alliance.
The appointment will support the project as it progresses through RIBA Stages 3 and 4, with AtkinsRéalis responsible for reviewing and monitoring the appointed contractor’s cost plan, overseeing design development costs, and advising on procurement packages. The role will also involve monitoring expenditure against budget and identifying potential risks and opportunities to ensure effective financial management throughout the project lifecycle.
