Project insights: Rushcliffe Borough Council has appointed Lindum to deliver the refurbishment of the Edwalton golf space, procured through the Refit & Refurbishment Framework, which we manage on behalf of Red Kite Learning Trust.
The project will create a new open plan, multifunctional internal space designed to support a range of uses, alongside improvements to the external garden and patio areas. The scheme will enhance the overall usability and appeal of the facility, providing a more flexible and welcoming environment for visitors and the wider community.
The upgraded spaces will support increased engagement, improved accessibility, and a more modern setting aligned with the council’s ambitions for community-focused leisure provision.
