Project Insights: Essex County Council, through Essex Highways, has appointed M Group to deliver the Dovercourt Public Realm scheme, procured via the Civils & Infrastructure Framework, which we manage on behalf of QE Facilities.
The project will enhance connectivity along the B1414 Kingsway, creating a more accessible and attractive route between Dovercourt Railway Station, the town centre and seafront. Public realm improvements will support increased footfall, encourage active travel and contribute to the wider regeneration of the area. The scheme forms part of the Council’s commitment to creating vibrant, well-connected places to live, work and visit.
