Project Insights: Apex Housing Association has appointed McAdam Design to provide project management services for the Meenan Square Development, procured through the Professional Services Framework, which we manage on behalf of The Education Alliance.
The 19-month appointment will support the delivery of a significant regeneration project that will provide new homes, enhanced community facilities and a revitalised public space designed to strengthen local connections and promote positive community relations.
McAdam Design will provide project management expertise throughout the development programme, helping to coordinate stakeholders, oversee project delivery and ensure the scheme progresses effectively from inception through to completion. The development represents an important investment in the local area, creating new opportunities for residents while delivering high-quality spaces that encourage community engagement and long-term social value.
