Project Insights: This project involves the replacement of medical gas hoses and valves across clinical areas to ensure HTM 02-01 compliance. Scope includes repairs to leaking oxygen valves and full hose replacements in the Twin Day Case, Day Surgery, and Surgical Theatres.
Procured through the Mechanical & Electrical Solutions Framework which we manage on behalf of the contracting authority Cumbria, Northumberland and Tyne and Wear NHS Trust, the project supports continued operational safety and patient care across facilities that serve both a local population of 352,000 and 18 million annual visitors.
