Project Insights: Okehampton Business Centre has had its old lighting replaced with energy-efficient LEDs. The project is being delivered through the Mechanical & Electrical Solutions Framework, managed on behalf of Cumbria, Northumberland and Tyne and Wear NHS Trust. Using a direct award meant the upgrade could be completed quickly and compliantly. The new LEDs aim to cut energy use, support sustainability goals, and provide a brighter, more modern working environment for occupiers.
