Project Insights: This project aims to deliver the replacement and upgrade of the roof plant deck at several council houses in Derby City Council’s estate, following corrosion of the existing pipework. William Bailey are appointed to carry out the works, which ensure the building’s mechanical systems remain safe, reliable, and efficient. Procured through the DPS for Small Works, which we manage on behalf of the contracting authority Red Kite Learning Trust. the scheme safeguards a key civic asset and supports the Council’s long-term sustainability commitments.
