Project Insights: Birmingham Children’s Trust has appointed GFM to deliver cleaning, housekeeping, and soft FM services across residential homes in the region, procured through the Total Facilities Management Framework which we manage on behalf of Red Kite Learning Trust. The contract includes seven-day-a-week cleaning and housekeeping provision, alongside ongoing soft FM services and ad-hoc maintenance works as required. The services will support safe, clean, and well-maintained residential environments, helping the Trust to deliver high-quality care for young people across its portfolio of homes.
