Project Insights: Tilbury Douglas is working with Oxfordshire County Council to deliver a wide-ranging decarbonisation programme across multiple sites. Measures include ASHPs, EWI, LED upgrades, and PV installations—targeting improved energy efficiency and long-term sustainability.

This project showcases how our Decarbonisation Solutions Framework which we manage on behalf of contracting authority Hull City Council helps public sector clients accelerate their net-zero goals through compliant, expert-led delivery across diverse building portfolios.
